Share the school and pickup area when you join the waitlist. The Aurum team will confirm availability and possible arrangements directly.

Does joining the waitlist book a journey?

No. It registers your family’s interest. Availability, pricing, and service details must be agreed with Aurum before a booking is confirmed.

Is the portal preview a live journey?

The current demonstration shows sample journeys and simulated positions. It is clearly labelled. A demo preview does not show a real child’s location or a live cabin camera.

How do existing parents access the portal?

Use Parent sign-in with your existing account. Password recovery is available on the sign-in screen.

What happens to the information I share?

Your waitlist details help Aurum respond to your enquiry and discuss the service. Read our Privacy Policy for information about collection and use.
